We run a fun and sustainable tourism business called Scandic Tours providing fun, immersive tours to tourists, locals and businesses. We have a fun pub crawl, Archipelago boat cruises, party Cruises, Vasa Museum guided tours and Gamla Stan walking tours

What inspired you to start this business?
I’m passionate about travel having travelled to more than 40 different countries I saw there was a need for fun and interactive ways we could run tours and then Scandic Tours was born

What challenges did you face starting a business abroad?
A lot of trial and error and time before finding the flow! Stick with it and you’ll get there. Sometimes you need to take the leap of faith and just go for it!

What advice would you give to other wanting to start a business?
Find something you’re passionate about and go for it! Follow your dreams, work hard and it’ll pay off.

Any resources or networks that helped you along the way?
Meeting lots of tourism professionals and guides made it much easier to get started.
